Past, Present and Future
A touch of history and the meeting of past and present enrich your stay in the form of this Baroque, copf-style castle. The castle hosts a permanent interactive exhibition. For larger groups, guided tours can be arranged upon prior request.
Castle Garden
The vast 9.5-hectare castle garden is home to numerous special tree species and ornamental shrubs, bringing the region’s rich plant life within easy reach. In keeping with the classic English garden style and its philosophy of natural freedom, trees and bushes are not forcibly trimmed. As a true landscape garden, all plants are allowed to grow freely according to their nature.
Fairy Trail
The Fairy Trail is a playful, story-filled route winding through the castle garden, where visitors complete various tasks to earn a reward. It is warmly recommended for children, parents and adventurous adults alike, as fairy tales often carry messages meant for grown-ups too. Join the fairies in saving the castle, watch mischievous goblins at play and tame the fire-breathing dragon!
Dining
After exploring the castle and strolling through the expansive park, one is sure to work up an appetite. The restaurant of Tündérkert Hotel welcomes guests during the day with a daily menu, soft drinks and coffee.
Gastronomy – Group Dining
The castle is frequently visited by excursion groups, school groups, hiking clubs, participants of nearby sports camps and corporate events. For groups of 15 or more, catering can be arranged, including 2- or 3-course menus or buffet lunches, served at the Tündérkert Hotel restaurant.
