Cleaning: The rooms are cleaned daily from 08:00 to 16:00. If you would like to change the time of the cleaning, please let us know at the Reception! Bed linen is changed every 3 days, on request our guests can receive clean bed linen daily.

Laundry and ironing services: Washing and ironing can be requested in our hotel for an extra charge. If you drop off the laundry by 09:00, we will clean them by 18:00 on the same day. The ironing is ready within 1 hour, which can be requested between 06:00 and 18.00.
Linen change: The linen is changed once every three days, but on request, we can change the bed linen in your room every day.
Lost and found: Items left in our hotel will be kept for three months and on request on delivery mailed. Please contact the Reception!
Luggage room: Next to our Reception, we provide a luggage room for free.
Maintenance: If you find anything that needs repairing, please call the Reception!

Towels: The room includes: 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel, and 2 towels, which you can take with you to the wellness area.
If you would like to change your towel, please place it on the floor.
Toys and games: You can request balls, badminton, table tennis, board games and foosball at the Reception. If they are incomplete and/or broken after returning, an additional fee will be charged.
